How do I track my travellers in an emergency?

TTI Travel provides seamless service to our business travel clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During normal business hours, support is provided by our dedicated team. After normal business hours, support is handled by our After Hours partner, Travel Helpline, who we value for their excellence in personalized service and industry knowledge.

How can my company save on hotel and transportation costs?

TTI Travel’s affiliation with BCD Travel and our preferred partners means that we can help you save on airfares and hotel rates. Our relationships also leverage upgrades and special amenities so that your travellers are taken care of the best they possibly can be.

Can my travellers connect by smartphone?

Yes, in addition to pre-trip reminders and auto-alerts, your travellers will receive a secure log-in to access their itineraries and booking services.

Do you organize conferences and company retreats?

Yes, absolutely. TTI handles meetings, events and incentive travel for existing clients, as well as new and one-time clients. We specialize in group movements ranging from 10 to 600 participants and have a full service department. Please visit our Atelier boutique for more about group travel, incentives and meetings.

What do your technology systems offer us for internal management?

Each of our business clients has a tailored suite of applications which allow us to work together on booking, expense tracking, and management reporting. Please call us for a free consultation and we can discuss what systems would work best for your company.

Do your agents operate out of a call centre?

TTI is not a call center firm. Based on our service model of high touch and personalized quality service, a call centre is not conducive to our business model, nor to our clients’ needs and expectations. We employ only senior experienced travel advisors, who are located in our office locations across Canada, or virtually in home or small offices.
