Rocky Racco is the CEO of TTI Travel. Having taken over the business from his parents and growing it into a preeminent custom travel solutions provider, Rocky has over 35 years experience in the travel industry. Rocky oversees the business at a strategic level as well as being firmly in the drivers seat, ensuring the company sustains positive growth and remains connected with the best industry resources and alliances. Rocky is at the forefront of industry issues and has contributed his time and expertise to many associations and boards, such as The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA), the Advisory Board of the BCD Affiliate program, The Canadian Corporate Travel Association (CCTA), The Air Canada Circle of Excellence Advisory Board, The Travel Council and many other supplier boards. His passion for travel and extensive experience in global business has helped build TTI Travel’s strong reputation for innovation, excellence and extraordinary tailored services.


Lucy La Vigna
Vice President, Travel Services

Lucy La Vigna, Vice President Travel Services is responsible for overseeing all lines of TTI’s business. This includes overall leadership management as well as client, partner and preferred supplier relationships.

Lucy has 20+ years of experience in the Travel Industry.  Her management expertise, scope of exposure and experiences including corporate, account management and technology knowledge is unique from most. Her reputation for always providing superior quality service and working collaboratively with her teams combined with her hands on approach to achieve results is what sets her apart. 

Under Lucy’s direction, our teams, existing clients and future clients will continue to benefit from solution driven strategies that will provide ongoing value to our various lines of business and servicing approach.

Lucy Vieira, Vice President, Business & New Talent Development

Lucy Vieira, Vice President, Business & New Talent Development is tasked with aligning the unique needs of each client with our customized high-touch service offerings. With 30+ years of reputable experience, her strong communication skills and collaborative approach, Lucy ensures we truly get to know our clients and provide them with best-in-class solutions.

Chris Senior, CPA, CMA
Vice President, Finance & Administration

As Vice President Finance & Administration, Chris Senior has the responsibility for standard accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, reporting and ensuring that TTI’s accounts are accurate and appropriately recorded.  Beyond standard accounting Chris is a partner to the business and is responsible for ensuring that any financial implications or ramifications of strategies and tactical decisions are fully understood and considered.  Chris has 12 years experience in the travel industry.

Halina Teasdale
Director, Business Travel

As Director of Business Travel, Halina Teasdale is responsible for the overall leadership, direction and supervision of the Business Travel Division. Halina is also responsible for development and execution of ‘best in class’ customer service delivery.
With more than 2 decades of diversified travel management and a proven track record and experience in sales, client services, account and operations management, Halina has the experience to take travel management programs to the next level while striving for service excellence and maximizing cost savings to organizations.
