September Giveaway — Full Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The September Instagram Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, representatives and agents of TTI Travel, Emirates, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
Sponsor and Platform
The Giveaway is administered by TTI Travel (the “Sponsor”), in collaboration with Emirates.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each participant releases Instagram from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. local time and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. local time (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants must complete all of the following actions on Instagram:

Follow @TTITravel and @Emirates on Instagram.
Tag their travel buddy in the comments section of the official giveaway post, with one tagged person per comment.
Each eligible comment containing one tagged travel buddy will count as one entry. Multiple comments are permitted, provided each comment includes a different tagged individual.
Entrants may also share the official giveaway post to their Instagram Stories for three (3) additional entries. The Sponsor may require a screenshot or other reasonable proof of the Story share before awarding any additional entries.
Entrants must maintain a public Instagram account, or otherwise make their entry and any requested Story-share proof visible to the Sponsor, for the duration of the Giveaway and winner-verification process.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive the prize of 1 pair of emirates branded noise canceling head phones described in the official Giveaway post.
The prize must be accepted as awarded. It is non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, sold, traded in or redeemed for cash or credit. No upgrades, returns or exchanges will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically included in the prize description, including applicable taxes, transportation, travel documentation, insurance, incidentals and any other personal expenses.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The draw will take place on or about October 1, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from the official TTI Travel Instagram account on or about October 1, 2026. The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the time the direct message is sent.
To be declared a winner, the potential winner may be required to provide their full name, mailing address, proof of age and Canadian residency, confirmation that they have complied with these Terms and Conditions, and a correctly answered time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, they may be disqualified and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Publicity and Permissions
By entering the Giveaway, each participant consents to the use of their name, Instagram handle, likeness, city and province of residence, and entry content by TTI Travel and Emirates for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide and without further payment or consideration, where permitted by law.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, Instagram issues, viruses, tampering or any other cause compromises the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Giveaway.
The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, uses automated or fraudulent entry methods, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or corrupted entries; failed, delayed or unavailable Instagram posts, comments, messages or notifications; technical failures; or any other errors that may affect entry, participation or winner notification.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless TTI Travel, Emirates, Instagram, and each of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers from any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or any technical or administrative error associated with the Giveaway.
Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the potential winner and fulfilling the prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with TTI Travel’s applicable privacy practices and policies.
