How far in advance should I book?

In today’s world of travel, airfare prices fluctuate constantly and impossible to predict. Best Practices based on data analysis suggests.

If you have a set meeting, or plan to travel set dates, 60-90days in advance generally allows you access to greater inventory and best fare options and can minimize your risk of overpaying. General rule is if you are travelling during peak travel times, Christmas, March Break over holiday periods or in destinations with major events, best to book
90-120days in advance.  Flexibility plays a key role, if your plans are flexible and dates can vary +1 or -1 days it can also provide additional options and better prices.

How do I track my travellers in an emergency?

TTI Travel provides our clients with a Duty of Care platform, Flight STATS that tracks all our traveller’s bookings in case of a crisis.  TTI within seconds has the ability to easily access and pull reports that will allow us to locate travellers via our "Locate my Travellers” option.

Who do I call after-hours in case of an emergency?

TTI utilizes seamless end to end booking platforms (in-house or in a self-serve environment) that is accessible by our Travel Help Line Service partner available 24/7 including statutory holidays. Travellers are given a unique SOS code that identifies them, their reservation records and traveller preferences in the case of an emergency to assist as needed.  Travel Helpline is a partner we value for their excellence in personalized service and industry knowledge.

How can we save hotel and transportation costs?

TTI Travel’s affiliation with BCD Travel’s buying power and our preferred partners & memberships will ensure cost savings are maximized and your program goals are met.

Can my travellers connect by smartphone?

Yes, today being connected 24/7 is not uncommon.  TTI has the applications and solutions that will provide your travellers with all related information for their trip in addition will send reminders and auto-alerts as applicable to your travellers will receive a secure log-in to access their itineraries and booking services.

Do you organize conferences and company retreats?

Yes, TTI’s Atelier division, creates unique group experiences for a variety of incentive programs, business or national sales meetings and/or events including retreats for any type of client.  We will design and cater a program that meets your needs.

Do your agents operate out of a call centre?

TTI is not a call center organization. Based on our service model of high touch and personalized quality service, a call centre is not conducive to our business model philosophy, nor to our clients’ needs and expectations. We employ only senior experienced travel professionals, who are located in our head office and across Canada, virtually in home or small office locations.  Globally we provide local presence via BCD’s network to meet your traveller unique needs in destination.
